Congress mulls tax deduction for animals

My dog says Congress is finally doing something to help companion animals and their families. A new bill entitled the HAPPY Act (Humanity and Pets Partnered Through the Years), or H.R. 3501, would provide pet parents with a $3,500 deduction on their taxes for veterinary care.

Find out more about the HAPPY Act (perfect name, eh?) by clicking HERE. Even more importantly, sign the petition to get Congress to act on it and pass it today. The petition is HERE.
