Keeping your pup's hour glass shape

My dog says he just learned this handy metric for keeping your dog svelte. Your pup should walk two blocks a day for each 10 pounds of body weight. That'll keep him/her healthy and trim.

    Thanks so much for stopping by to read my blog. I, too, found the show very interesting. I had no idea about that 2 blocks for 10 pounds metric.

    I have short little legs so it takes me longer to walk places, but I've started a new health and exercise regime. I think it'll help me turn the poodles' heads. I like the black one down the street with the curly puff on her head.

    Thank you for rescuing Titina. She's very lucky to have you as her Mom. Tell her Puddy says "woof" and if she's ever in the neighborhood, have her stop by for a Jerky Treat on me.
